Total votes counted as a % went up then down multiple times during the night. In this clip they drop from 11% to 10% then go up again to 11%. I've never heard a valid explanation for this, but it reminds me of what occurred in the US election - you have an algorithm adjusting votes. Catalyst ran the election night voting system.
