Очень хорошо, когда кто-нибудь что-нибудь объясняет. Вчера Эльвира объяснила, что "обычные заемщики вынуждены из своего кармана компенсировать чужие льготные кредиты". У МИДа всегда есть что сказать. Только вот получается, что мы сами не очень следуем в фарватере Анкориджа: Эльвира снова на работе и долгожданное снижение ставки на 1% зажала. Ничего не предвещало беды. Ну кроме оналитикоф из ДжеПиМорган, которые накаркали, что брент будет по 200 долларов за бочку уже в июне, а к сентябрю и все 500.
