نکته متفاوت راجع به تغییر تلنت به کارمند : باید کارفرما برات درخواست اجازه کار بده، وایسی بیاد و تحویل بدی و کارت جدید که salarié هست صادر بشه و بعد قرارداد ببندن باهات. تو مرحله ای که کارتت منقضی شده و اجازه کار نداری با قسپیسه باهات قرارداد نمیبندن.

هیچ فرقی نداره درواقع بجز همون تاریخ انقضا. چون salarié یکساله صادر میشه و تمدیدش میشه چهار ساله . اما تلنت مستقیم چهار ساله ست . شاید از این جنبه دردسر اون یکبار تمدید و تبدیل یکساله به چهار ساله تیتر salariés بیشتر باشه. در غیر این صورت هر کارمندی که ۱۸ ماه از. حضورش تو خاک فرانسه بگذره میتونه همسرش دعوت کنه با تیتر regroupement familial . و بدون نیاز به درخواست اجازه کار، همراه میتونه فعالیت کاری یا درسی داشته باش…
