Новостройки только в двух российских мегаполисах подешевели по итогам апреля, следует из данных «НДВ Супермаркет Недвижимости» Это Краснодар (-1,1%) и Челябинск (-3,1%). Во всех остальных крупнейших городах зафиксирован рост или стагнация. При этом сразу в четырех из них цены повысились на 2% и более: в Нижнем Новгороде, Санкт-Петербурге, Ростове-на-Дону и в Екатеринбурге.
