Разрушенные деревенские дома в Италии. Выбирая свой дом мы посмотрели множество домов Поездив по Италии, легко заметить странную вещь: в местах с отличными видами и нормальной инфраструктурой стоят дома, которые годами разрушаются. Это не «дома за 1 евро» из муниципальных программ, а самые обычные частные здания: закрытые ставни, сорванная штукатурка, провалившаяся крыша, и при этом — никакой таблички «продаётся». Э…

Везде ли в Италии безопасно ? Давно хотела написать такую статью. Я всегда стараюсь максимально глубоко разбираться в вопросе. Поверхностные знания мне не интересны и не несут никакой пользы ни мне ни моим клиентам. Я хотела бы рассказать вам об таком аспекте как Экология в выбранном вами районе для покупки жилья. Ведь зачастую домики стоят недорого не потому что там живет мало людей и инфраструктура не совсем отлаж…

🇫🇷Франция. Проехали Францию с низу через тоннель под горой Монтблан и до города Дьеп в Нормандии, у " самого синего моря " . Очень все красиво и конечно отличается от " кудрявости" Италии. Во первых природа, она ближе к средней полосе России, краски мягкой осени. Горы закончились очень быстро и практически все время мы ехали больше по ровной местности на которой не было видно края полям. Что примечательно, в Италии …

Это Франция. Очень подходит описание - "Дикое с наружи и доброе внутри". Жилье во Франции очень сильно отличается от жилья в Италии. Есть очень интересная тема, Покупка замка или имения во Франции. Цены вполне подъемные от 500.000 евро до 4-5 миллионов. продаются они обычно с мебелью. Но содержание Замка весьма накладно. Но если рассуждать о том чтобы купить дом или виллу за такую же сумму, то и налоги и содержание будет выходить в такую же сумму.
