Появилось очень интересное определение Верховного Суда РФ (Определение СКЭС ВС РФ от 26.05.2026 № 306-ЭС26-732(1,2), дело № А65-23306/2023). Дело касалось ООО «Альфа-Тех» из Татарстана. История вопроса: ФНС обратилась в суд с заявлением о банкротстве компании.
