если кому ещё актуально/интересно - на 4пда откопали способ вытащить оставшиеся деньги с ининала через вывод по IBAN. выводить можно НЕ ТОЛЬКО НА СВОЁ ИМЯ, но и вообще на любой счёт (на зираат и Дениз уходят точно) - достаточно в реквизитах при выводе вписать нужный айбан и свое имя. если у себя/друзей нет счета в Турции - можно купить юсдт через байбит ;)
