Какое рефлекторное решение приходит на ум, когда попадаем в кассовый разрыв? Верно! Надо быстро перехватить денег - либо попросить аванс у клиента, либо взять кредит в банке. Одна из ключевых дилемм собственника - это выбор между ростом бизнеса и дивидендами. С одной стороны хочется чтобы бизнес рос. Во-первых, обладание бизнесом с оборотом 1-3-5 млрд дает совершенно иные ощущения по сравнению с тем, когда обороты 100-300-500млн.
