گاهی هنوز از یه اتفاق ناراحتیم، اما مدام به خودمون میگیم: باید تا الان ازش عبور کرده باشم. چرا هنوز درگیرشم؟ تا کی میخوام اینطوری باشم؟ انگار علاوه بر تحمل درد، باید بابت خوب نشدنمون هم خودمون رو سرزنش کنیم. اما قرار نیست هر زخمی با فهمیدنِ دلیلش، فوراً خوب بشه. بعضی چیزها رو باید بفهمیم، بعضیها رو باید بپذیریم و بعضیها رو فقط باید کمی بیشتر با خودمون حمل کنیم. @feeloria
