به نقل از یکی از دوستان پنج یا شش سال پیش بود که یک سرویس جدیدی ارائه دادیم اما خیلی زود به یک مشکل بزرگ برخورد کردیم؛ در نگاه مشتریان که شرکتی و سازمانی بودن، اون سرویس ایرادی نداشت، اما هیچ موقع هم قرارداد بسته نمیشد یا خیلی سخت این اتفاق میافتاد. وقتی سوال میشد که از مشتری علت رو متوجه بشیم، اغلب جواب مشخصی دریافت نمیشد. بعد از بررسی به یک جواب رسیدیم: مسئله اون سرویس نبود؛ «عدم #اعتماد» یا «اعتماد ناکافی» بود. …
