Les droits des femmes ne sont jamais définitivement acquis. Chaque jour, les femmes se battent pour les préserver. Avec mes collègues Renew Europe, nous sommes plus que jamais mobilisées au Parlement Européen pour les droits des femmes en Europe et dans le monde. Aujourd’hui, le Parlement européen a voté la saisine de la Cour de justice de l'UE concernant l’accord avec le Mercosur. La ratification de l’accord est désormais suspendue, jusqu’à ce que la Cour se prononce sur sa conformité avec les traités européens. Une victoire du Parlement européen ! Sur les plateaux télé, l’extrême droite passe son temps à se plaindre de la faiblesse de l’Europe.
