Погода дрянь и срочно нужны эндорфины для настроения! Поэтому пеку супершоколадный брауни)) А раз начался сезон кабачков, то и брауни будет с ними. Очень нежный - главное не передержать в духовке, иначе получится просто шоколадный пирог. Ждёшь ждёшь свои кабачки, а они кааак попрут.. и начинаешь их пристраивать куда только можно 😉 Каких только кабачковых оладьев и фриттеров я не пека, но вот вроде с курицей еще не было. Исправляюсь! Пару советов - чтоб удобнее было мелко нарезать куриной филе, лучше его немного подморозить. А для быстроты можно пару секунд вжикнуть его в чаше блендера Чтобы оладьи были красивые и одинаковые я использовала метал…

Здрасьте здрасьте 🖐 Несмотря на всякие фруктово- ягодные вкусняшки, даже летом хочется обычных ( нууу, или не совсем обычных 😁) печенюшек. Нарвала зеленого лука и вот такие сырные печеньки получились. Если тесто раскатать не очень тонко, то печенье больше похоже на сконы. Короче, вкусное! Оставлю и рецепт клубничного варенья с портвейном (чтоб и самой не потерять, может и вам кому пригодится)). Фотографии, к сожалению нет - все как раз уместилось в 3 баночки по 250 гр и ложечка на пробу осталась. Но получилось насыщено и ароматно, привкус алкоголя вообще не чувствуется.
