كيف الأكسجين ممكن يؤدي إلي العمي ! في الأطفال ال Premature عند وضعهم علي O2 مرتفع لفترات طويلة ممكن أن يحدث التالي ➡️ Retinal vasoconstriction ➡️ necrosis of blood vessels ➡️ Haemorrhage ➡️ Rental detachment ➡️ blindness لتجنب حدوث ذالك يوصي بالحفاظ علي PaO2 اقل من 80

⚜️اسوء ثلاث ادويه تزيد الوزن ⚜️ 1) الكورتيزون : 🔻 يزيد الوزن ويعمل على انتفاخ الجسم بشكل كبير وهو ما يسمى بالسمنة الكاذبة. لانه يعمل على إحتباس الماء والأملاح تحت الجلد 2) أدوية منع لحمل : 🔻 تؤدي لدى البعض إلى زيادة ملحوظة لأنها تحتوي على هرموني البروجيستيرون والإستروجين وهذه الهرمونات تعمل على فتح الشهية للطعام.
