Честно говоря, сто лет уже не покупала ничего в Подружке, но мой крем для лица уже как бы намекал, что пора бы купить что-то на замену ) Так что случился крем для лица и тонер-пэды (кажется я последняя кто их не пробовал)) Кстати в Подружке сейчас от покупки более чем на 1500 дают бокс со всякой фигней в подарок - дочь была очень довольна 🤭

Недавно наткнулась на интересную мысль про систему питания и тренировок. Возможно это не истинно и открывает возможности для лени и манипуляций, но вполне годно для формирования привычки. Питание может быть не идеально. Тренировки могут быть не идеальны. Для того, чтобы привить себе новый образ жизни, нужно допустить несовершенство. Лучше это будет питание на 3, но не срыв в компульсивные переедания на неделю. Лучше…

Наконец дети выздоровели и мы начинаем встречаться с друзьями 😅 Ну и результат моего эксперимента ✨ В целом получилось круто, более холодный перламутровый оттенок. В общем, я разохотилась и записалась завтра в салон на Тотал блонд 😝 Есть такие же психи, кто просто берет и бежит что-то менять?))

Просто младшая дочь с температурой, все планы на нг отменились и все надо продумывать заново в домашнем формате. На вторые сутки конечно понемногу приходит принятие, но пока все равно грустно 🥺 Зато вот картину закончить успела, осталось только покрыть лаком.
