РКН разрешил богатым москвичам пользоваться британскими банками даже при полном отключении сети в столице. Сайты Barclays, Bank of Scotland, HSBC UK и других банков Великобритании с доменами co. uk не попадают под фильтрацию РКН. При этом многих российских банков в «белом списке» всё ещё нет. @banki_oil
