вот что заметил кстати, то что я бегал в городе нихуя мне не дало от слова совсем, в горах ебаных у меня маршрут сейчас 3.2 км в одну сторону с неравномерным набором высоты в 120 метров, так же обратно но со спуском на это все уходит час с копейками, а в городе на примерно такой же маршрут уходило минут 40-45 максимум кто шарит, 8 км за 40 минут можно будет взять через год с такими результатами?
