Нет смысла ходить на собеседование в компании, которые не могут предложить условия cовокупно, как у «бывших». В лучшем случае вам откажут сразу, в худшем получите оффер, но всё равно не сложится. Как бы парадоксально это ни звучало. Мне кажется, оптимальная стратегия поиска: 20% наудачу — новый для вас сегмент и лучше условия, 80%, как предыдущие. Что думаете?
