STRANGE 伊藤潤二那些令人徹夜難眠的奇妙故事 - 第四集《肋骨女》 故事講述主角瑠璃子陷入對身體美感的極致執念，某天驚恐地對旁人說出「聽得到撥弦的聲音」、「肋骨被拿走了」等怪異遺言。隨後她被發現以失去肋骨的詭異姿態慘死，而這股神祕的“弦音”與追求畸形美的詛咒，開始蔓延到週遭的人身上。 原著《肋骨女》本質上是一個「被病態美學洗腦、由人造就的瘋狂悲劇」。但日劇第 4 集卻大刀闊斧地刪除哥哥的線索，把原本的「人為心理驚悚」降格成「惡靈詛咒的魔怪鬼故事」；更荒謬的是，女主角最後不是恐懼，反而像是吸毒般狂喜、慶幸自己變美，這種編排完全偏離了伊藤潤二式的絕望。
