Смотрите какая интересная статистика: При визуализации позвоночника у бессимптомных людей грыжи межпозвонковых дисков встречаются с частотой, примерно равной «возрасту пациента плюс 10» процентов. То есть в возрасте 40 лет бессимптомные грыжи встречаются в 50% случаев, в 50 лет в 60%. Это бессимптомные. Госдума всё не угомоняется, пытается ухудшить нам качество жизни. Такое ощущение, что это основная функция данного органа. В связи с этим пока не знаем как быть дальше с сайтом. Интересный случай, когда у одного пациента сразу несколько состояний, которые по отдельности могут быть причиной одного и того же симптома. И до конца не понятно что в итоге. Пациент 67 лет с жалобами на шаткость и неустойчивость при ходьбе. Эта жалоба уже порядка 10 лет, с периодами спонтанных улучшений и ухудшений. Без прогрессирования. Ну, вроде все просто, классика ПППГ же. Но не все так просто, так как 2 месяц…
