Уже второй год сижу на VPN Amnezia. У них есть как обычный платный сервис, так и бесплатное решение через свой сервер. Покупаем сервер (можно найти заграничные сервера с оплатой русской картой) Потом достаточно потом скачать бесплатное приложение на телефон, скормить ему адрес и пароль от сервера, дальше он все сам устанавливает.
