Донецк станет частью макрорегиона "Донбасс" Воронежская и Ростовская области объединятся с ДНР и ЛНР, уже в августе власти подпишут соответствующее соглашение. С идеей создания макрорегиона "Донбасс" в начале июня выступил губернатор Ростовской области Голубев. По его словам, немаловажным остается вопрос бюджета – теперь он будет выделяться на макрорегион или на каждую область отдельно и это играет большую роль.
