По МРТ артроз надколенника (пателлофеморальный артроз) 3 ст, тендинит квадрицепса бедра, разрушение медиального (внутреннего) мениска сустава. На осмотре вижу, что надколенник находится в краниальном положение (т.е. сильно вверх), квадрицепс напряжён, да и все мягкие ткани ноги. 🧐Ищу перво…

📝 Кроме того что я врач который лечит позвоночник, весь скелет, голову и не только, я с юности убеждён что Россия должна быть Православной Империей, какой она и была до проклятой революции. И кроме лечения пациентов задача моей жизни - это возрождение России как Святой Самодержавной Руси (на мой взгляд это задача каждого православного христианина) И я верю, что именно это угодно Господу Богу нашему Иисусу Христу.
ℹ️ Много раз говорил, и снова скажу: Перед установкой брекетов должен быть первый сеанс а не после. А то после сеанса звонят мамы в недоумении - брекет система разлетелась. Конечно, мы же кости черепа двигаем, двигается и лицевой череп. 👉🏻Ещё раз: первый сеанс до установки, второй после. ☝🏻И конечно без коррекции черепа на фоне брекетов может измениться осанка, появиться сколиоз.
ℹ️ По поводу тренировочного процесса и здоровья. Как я постоянно говорю всем своим пациентам, начинать надо с изолированных упражнений которые будут нацелены на коррекцию мышечного дисбаланса (который в той или иной мере есть у всех) Сбалансировать ключевые мышцы стабилизаторы влияющие на скелет. В уже потом включать более сложные, многосуставные и многомышечные упражнения.
