С 01 марта вступили в действие новые правила упрощающие процедуру согласования полётов. Главная оговорка, если в регионе действует запрет на полеты дронов со стороны губернатора, то летать по прежнему в регионе нельзя 🚫. Были обещания выделить специальные зоны для полётов в каждом регионе, но пока ничего не известно про такие зоны. Ниже очень подробная памятка от компании оператора Аэроскрипт ( Небосвод)
