“翻墙”属违法 只要是个人突破国家防火墙访问境外网络的行为，不管自建还是购买，都属违法。 至于违法处罚以翻墙之后的行为论处。 轻罪：没做任何对国家有害行为的，运气好点的就书面警告加自行整改和写保证书，其次就罚款，然后就是拘留没收违法设备。 重罪：如果做了对国家不利的违法行为的，那就要根据事情的影响深度论罪了，大到叛国罪。 所以大家翻墙出来一定要洁身自好，好自为之。

出现这种类似错误，无法拉库的情况时。解决办法： 首先去掉前缀后再拉，就是前一个http到第二个http之间全删。 如果命令里没有前缀，那么打开青龙面板-配置文件 第18行 GithubProxyUrl="" 双引号中的内容删除。
