это такая истина - просто быть вежливым, всегда. подумать, прежде, чем сказать. постараться найти подход, а не говорить всё прямо. быть тактичным, не иметь права озвучивать человеку что-то связанное с его изьяном. беречь чувства. и самое обидное, мы чаще бережём посторонних, показывая всю красоту своего нрава, а близких очень легко раним необдуманными и резкими словами.
