Итак, что я имею спустя месяц запуска офиса. Был найден один работник. Прошёл обучение и вышел на работу Отработал один день и сказал, что больше не хочет. Ладно, покер Я продолжил поиски сотрудников Оклад у меня 40к+10% с продаж 2 недели искал новых сотрудников и ничего. Ни одного отклика Пришлось делать 40 оклад +кпи +10% с продаж. По итогу если выполнить кпи и план, то должно выходить 105к Если выполнить кпи, то…

И так, какие у меня планы : В перспективе, хочу найти 3 работников и довести их до регистрации 5 товарных знаков в месяц Мне это принесёт со всеми расходами 300к в месяц А пока надо найти и адаптировать одного стабильного работника, котрый даже, если двух других не будет, все равно будет работать и поддерживать жизнеспособность офиса

Ну, штош Пора подвести итоги, во сколько мне обошлось обустроить офис Сам офис в бизнес центре - 26к 2 моноблока китайских - 30к каждый В комплекте уже мышка и клава Наушники 2100х2 Роутер 6к 2 телефона по 9к Принтер из дома, но если что цена 30к бу 150к вообщем
