دفاع کردن از خود خیلی اوقات بی فایده و نشانه ضعفه! وقتی با کسی روبرو هستی که فقط حرف خودش رو تکرار میکنه زمانی که طرف مقابل اصلا نمیخواد که دلایل تو رو بشنوه و موقعی که یک نفر فکرمیکنه که عقل کلِ و تمام تحلیل ها و نقد و قضاوت هاش درسته باید بدونی که... بحث کردن با چنین آدم هایی فایده و نتیجه ای نداره و فقط باعث میشه احساس بدتری هم پیداکنی و انرژیت تلف بشه پس تلاش نکن چنین کسی رو قانع کنی چون واقعا نیازی به اینکار نیس…
