خونهتراپی باورهاتون رو تغییر میده. فکر کن دیگه از کمبود نترسی. باور به کمبود یکی از دلایل انباشتگیهاست. دنیای ما رو محدود میکنه و اجازه نمیده به هدفهای بزرگ و جسورانه فکر کنیم.

خیلیها قبل از خونهتراپی فکر میکردن آدم منظمی هستن. چرا؟ چون نظم برای ما اینطوری تعریف شده که خونهت رو هرطور شده مرتب نگه دار. اما اصلا ابعاد دیگهی نظم رو بهمون یاد ندادن. خونهی منظم و مرتب که البته راحتی و آرامش بیاره نه سختی و مشقت، فقط یکی از دستاوردهای داشتن هویت منظمه. میبینی؟ از جسارتش حرف زده. این یکی از چیزهاییه که هویت منظم بهتون میده. بهش افتخار میکنم❤️✌️
