سلام باروغن بنفشه اطراف بینی و‌سوراخهاشو چرب کنید اگر ترجیحابه داخل بینی روغن هدایت شد ایرادی نداره خوب هست شربت ایموژن از عطاریها بگیرین و‌دمکرده پونه خطمی واویشن بسیار نافذه
