The Lebanese are reporting one person killed and 11 others wounded in Israeli strikes. The IDF said the strikes were carried out in response to an earlier Hezbollah ceasefire violation today. All of this comes as talks between Israel and Lebanon, mediated by the United States, continue in Rome.
