это треш)))) так как трекер закончился, а я не успевала сделать новый, который обещала вам показать, я сбилась со счету, какая сейчас неделя, но не суть! я никогда в жизни не взвешивала еду, тем более не считала калории, ела мало, это стало привычкой и этого было достаточно, НОООО так как я хочу именно превратить рыхлые ноги в мышцы, выработав привычку к тренировкам, пришлось подойти к вопросу ответственнее и зна…

ездим на дачу уже больше 10 лет.. здесь самые трепетные воспоминания 🤎 и именно здесь хочется уезжать вдвоем к морю, как ….в молодости 😆 ну а как еще это назвать) быстрее бы отпуск и на месяц на дачку 🩵 я не люблю купаться в море, мне всегда холодно) а вот в басике чистом и относительно теплом за милую душу🔋
