Risulta incomprensibile il fatto che tuttora per il concorso ordinario Infanzia e Primaria non sia prevista la formazione di una graduatoria di merito, che includa tutti coloro che hanno superato le prove scritte e orali, per favorire dopo anni d’attesa l’assegnazione di cattedre a tempo indeterminato a docenti abilitati, qualificati e meritevoli, perché valutati in un concorso pubblico selettiv…
Pura follia aggiornare le graduatorie provinciali in primavera e cancellare la seconda fascia.
