Саааамая интересная лекция для меня на конференции Радиопедия 2026 - по надпочечниковым инциденталомам. Автор James Seow проанализировал исследования на эту тему, что в общем составило 4 кг данных в распечатанном виде (ничего себе!) и сделал вывод, что коэффициент вымывания в общем-то все ❌ Вроде бы должны выйти новые американские рекомендации по оценке инциденталом, где достаточно нативного КТ с оценкой размера и пл

Еще один срезонировавший моментик нашла в лекции по критическим находкам органов грудной клетки. С сегодняшнего дня напишу несколько публикаций о конференции Радиопедии 2026. Смотрели? Мне очень понравилось то, что здесь говорит основатель Радиопедии - Frank Gallard. Он говорит, что рентгенологу не стоит быть an abnormality finding monkey 🐵 обезьянкой, которая находит патологию и советует давать контекст в заключениях. Очень откликается💕 Дальше будет лонгрид, благодарю всех, кто почитает и выскажет свое мнение

Убить в себе "обезьянку", на мой скромный взгляд, можно в два шага, и только лишь один напрямую зависит от рентгенолога. Итак: 1. знать патологию не только со стороны лучевой визуализации, но и со стороны патологии, клинической картины и менеджмента. То есть надо учить, какую симптоматику дает, почему выглядит так как выглядит на рентгене, КТ или МРТ и какие подходы к ведению этого состояния имеются в принципе. Если
