عند وجود فتحة في البلاطة الهوردي نميز حالتين: الحالة 1-عرض الفتحة من عرض البلوكة.. وبالتالي لايوجد اعصاب مقطوعة لاننا قمنا بازالة بلوك ووضعنا مكانه الفتحة بحيث نترك مسافة بين البلوك وطرف الفتحة 15سم على الاقل من اجل ربط الفتحة من جهاتها الاربعة لتقويتها.وطول الفتحة نستطيع التحكم به عن طريق ازالة بلوك بطول اللذي نريده. الحالة 2-(الاكثر انتشاراً)عرض الفتحة اكبر من عرض البلوكة وعندها توجد اعصاب مقطوعة وفي هذه الحالة نسع…
