Как и можно было предположить, в Москве наступает новый период градостроительной истории. Менее искрометно-радостный, чем предыдущий. В Питере хотят построить наземное метро за 2 трлн рублей. По стоимости это сравнимо с высокоскоростной железнодорожной магистралью Москва — Петербург.
