@writetodarkkbot Кстати, стоит обратить внимание ещё вот на что, - Уманский пишет что за полгода скручено 43 млрд. Это больше чем транш МВФ но что ещё более важно это больше на 2 млрд чем текущий дефицит бюджета. То есть достаточно было убрать скрутки и вместо дефицита у нас был бы приличный профицит бюджета... «Каких реформ вам ещё не хватает?!»
