Porque sea habitual, no deja de ser un escándalo que hoy la prensa publique el video de una declaración prestada ayer en una causa que está bajo secreto de sumario.
Posiblemente, el abogado de Errejón estará guardando estos vídeos para acompañarlos a una petición de sobreseimiento.

Llevo poco contencioso-administrativo (en este caso es una reclamación de responsabilidad patrimonial por fallecimiento de un interno en prisión) pero me maravillan cosas como recurrir un silencio negativo, y que te requieran para aportar la resolución recurrida.
