🤬 Капающий КОНДИЦИОНЕР в ЖК «Сердце города» довел челнинца до Жилинспекции Татарстана. Блок установили над окнами с нарушением норм. Конденсат капал на парапет и подоконник, шум мешал спать, а вода лилась на прохожих. Мирно договориться с владельцем не вышло, поэтому УК обязали решить проблему.

Условный срок получила ЧЁРНЫЙ РИЕЛТОР в Набережных Челнах. Суд признал её виновной в двух эпизодах мошенничества с недвижимостью. Пользуясь доверием, женщина похитила деньги, а клиент лишился жилья. На суде она раскаялась. Ей дали 3,5 года условно и обязали выплатить 2,5 млн рублей ущерба детям.
