Организм продолжает адаптироваться к высоте, а чай в помощь, отлично заходят улуны, красные чаи и зелёные. Второй акклиматизационный выход на 4 150 м - перевал путешественников. Высота чувствуется, продолжает кружить.

GABA отлично заходит на высоте, неоднократно убеждаюсь. Заехал на 3400м в базовый лагерь, резкий набор, крутит - вертит, голова болит, но терпим, высота давит. Выпил GABA Гао Шань, легче стало, в умеренных количествах чай на высоте, отлично помогает с аклиматизацией!

Пил Шу Гу Шу И Хао от Хэнг Ше 2025 года, через гайвань. Самое основное: новая вода - новый чай. Даже знакомый чай, на новой воде, раскрывается по новому. Заваривал в гайвани, плотности хватило, мягкое сырье и кипяток делают свое дело. Проливы делал долгие, поэтому пилось крепко, как раз после колоритно - калорийной Кыргызской кухни, то что нужно. Сделал пару мощных проливов, поймал тонус, и двинул дальше исследов…

📍ЧАОЧЖОУ Вчера совершили налёт на гуандун. Прибыли из юньнани, чтобы встретиться с чаочжоускими ребятами, пообщаться и попить их чая. Для начала посмотрели уже две недели как пустующую фабрику и кусты разных сортов. После юньнаньского листа видна ощутимая разница. 📍МЭНХАЙ Цифры говорят, что 70% шу пуэра в мире — отсюда. И если сравнить это с тем, что мы видели, то очень вероятно, что это правда. 90 000 гектаров чая, сотни фабрик и тысячи диллеров и перекупов. Если ты пил плотный, тёмный шу — скорее всего, это Мэнхай. Так как с каждым годом сырьё из соседнего региона Мэнгла становится дороже и фермеры всё реже выбирают его для производства шу.
