Обычно учим студентов, что определение о принятии искового заявления можно объединить с определением о подготовке. Но Ядринский суд Чувашской Республики пошел дальше и сразу же назначил дело к судебному разбирательству. Действительно, если подготовка проводится, как правило, в форме узнавания даты судебного заседания, то к чему вообще стеснять себя какими-либо формальностями)
