По ту сторону телефона — человек, который, возможно, несколько часов назад потерял близкого. В этот момент он запомнит не стоимость услуг. Он запомнит голос. Тон. Отношение. Уйдут ли похороны полностью в онлайн? Не думаю. В 80–90-е годы всё выглядело примерно одинаково: дом, автобус, кладбище. Особого выбора у людей не было. Сегодня церемонии становятся другими.
