Решение суда: административное дело в отношении Анидалова прекратить ввиду отсутствия состава правонарушения
Оказывается, что растягивание Красного знамени 1 мая это нарушение Закона «О собраниях, митингах, демонстрациях, шествиях и пикетированиях». Тогда получается, что в зону риска попадает любой флешмоб с шариками или танцами. При такой трактовке закона любой выход на улицу может стать преступлением.
