Ну хоть так. 😅 Ключевая ставка — 14%. Да, многие ждали более серьезного снижения, но и этот шаг — уже хорошая новость. Теперь остается надеяться, что банки не будут затягивать со снижением ставок по кредитам и начнут активнее предлагать рефинансирование ипотеки. Особенно для тех, кто оформлял жилищные кредиты в период высоких ставок — под 20–22% и выше. @StasBrynda
