Небольшой репортаж с @woof_fest Всё думал как снять фестиваль хоть немного оригинально. Полезный пост для тех, кто поднимал локально языковую модель на стеке Ollama + AnythingLLM и разочаровался, поскольку не хватило оперативной памяти для комфортной работы. Если у вас 8 гб оперативной памяти — даже не пытайтесь устанавливать модели с объёмом параметров от 7 млрд, вроде qwen 2.5 7b или llama 3.1 8b. Я ставил qwen 2.5 7b, так у меня лаги были такие, что думал ноут просто сгорит 😭 Вам могут посоветовать…

С 1 апреля я покидаю Дизайнерс и становлюсь открытым для других проектов как продакт-менеджер. Я провёл с платформой почти 2 года. Это был прекрасный опыт, мне предоставили возможность организовать продуктовую культуру и влиять на стратегию развития платформы. И я считаю, что я справился. Cкажу очень непопулярное мнение. В вакансиях часто пишут про релевантный опыт, и как правило — это определяющее требование. Если нет релевантного опыта, то тебя гарантированно не будут рассматривать. Вчера провёл пару студентам 3 курса ИТМО. Рассказал про популярные пайплайны вайбкодинга, далее показал как это всё работает на практике. Настолько увлёкся, что только в конце, когда уже все начали расходиться — вспомнил, что надо для истории скрин сделать 😅 Главный инсайт — что-то делать и комментировать сложнее, чем просто вещать по теме. Решил ужать пакет мобильного интернета в своём тарифе-конструкторе от МТС. Всё равно мобильный интернет как таковой в России перестал существовать.
