3 measurements spanning 15 days, net -1. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 40–41 and does not start at zero.

Engagement

18 posts held, back to 15 May 2024the reader has not yet reached the start of this channel’s public history, so older posts may sit further back, unread. Read across 1 page of Telegram’s post history, 20 posts per page.

Nothing published in the last 30 days. ERR and ER are rolling 30-day measures, so there is nothing to compute — we hold 18 posts for this entry, the most recent from 18 May 2024. An engagement rate over an empty window would be a number about nothing.

Reaction mix

7 reactions across 3 posts, in 3 distinct kinds. The most used accounts for 42.9% of them.

No sentiment is inferred, and none should be read in. This table is ordered by count and by nothing else. Emoji do not carry stable meaning across languages or communities — 🙏 is thanks in one channel and mourning in another — so we publish which ones were pressed and how often, and pass no judgement on what an audience meant by them.

Precision. Telegram publishes reaction counts per emoji and short-forms each one — 4.34K, 1.2M — so any single kind at or above 1,000 reaches us at three significant figures, and only counts below 1,000 are exact. The shares above are ratios of those figures and carry the same error. This is also why the total here can differ slightly from a reaction total printed elsewhere on the page: both are sums of the same rounded parts, taken over samples with different edges.

Coverage. Reactions were read on 3 of the 18 sampled posts in this sample. Summed by Telegram’s own count on each post — not by adding up the per-emoji breakdown above — those same posts carry 7 reactions in total: the kind of figure the paragraph above means by “a reaction total printed elsewhere on the page”.

Measured over the 18 most recent posts we hold, published 15 May 2024 to 18 May 2024, using the newest reading held for each. Telegram Stars are excluded: they are a payment, not a reaction, and they have their own section.

The best closing question of all time is: 🐲: So what do you want to do? Why? Because by the end of the meeting you and the prospect should both know, with certainty, if it makes sense to take the next step or not. This closing question keeps you focused on what’s really important.. which is Discovery.

If you ever get a question that you have no idea how to answer, try throwing a Hail Mary by asking some version of: 🐲: How would you answer that if you were me? Pro tip: soften it so the delivery is natural. Example: 🐲: Ah.. okay.. *repeats question*.. *pause*.. I’m going to answer that.. but before I do.. Can I ask how you’d answer that if you were me? Because it is a good question Sales is Acting.

Is this you? 👇🏼 You send the prospect a few time slots so they can book a meeting with you. They ghost you. And you follow up with: 🤡: Hey John - did you have a chance to book a time? Why ask that question? Obviously they didn’t! And then you go into desperation mode by following up with more information about your product in a futile attempt to “convince” them to meet. 🤦🏻‍♂️ You need to address the Frame an

The right words make all the difference: 🤡: low customer loyalty 🐲: short-lived customer relationships People make decisions emotionally, and then justify it intellectually. Try framing / phrasing your message in a way that is natural *and* evokes emotion.

When you book a meeting from a cold email, the prospect is expecting you to dance for them with a fancy deck, demo, features/benefits, etc They're also expecting you to ask dumb questions (based on their experience with incompetent sellers) The bar is low. What they are *not* expecting is you to Disqualify them. One way to do this is by bringing up alternatives and telling them you don't think they actually need

You don’t get paid enough to care more about the buyers success than they do. Your upside is what? 10% commission? and theirs? 6-8 figures? Promotion? You should never want the deal more than they do. Let them fight for it.. Preserve your energy

Prospect: *asks critical product question* 🤡: We can't do that. I should have mentioned that earlier in the meeting. ^ every seller realizing they just wasted ~30 minutes with someone who isn't a good fit. Prospect: Okay.. yeah we need that functionality. Doesn't have to be this way. You could have discovered this in the first 5 minutes of the meeting. The First 5 minutes of a meeting isn't to talk about the wea

I wish someone told me this at 18.. Trying to avoid feeling the “pain” will just make things suck more. Lean into it instead. Surrender to it completely and if you’re wise you’ll learn how to reframe the pain and use it as energy to keep going. You can get knocked down.. just don’t stay down.

Prospects will often try to wrestle control of the call at the beginning. They do this by saying things like "So tell me how you think you can help us" etc You have 2 options Option 1: Immediately Reframe: 🐲: Before we get into that can you tell me how you were hoping we can help you? Option 2: Probe and then Reframe Prospect: Tell me more about xyz 🐲: xyz? Prospect: Yeah we want to know how xyz does abc 🐲:

Showing the 12 most recent of 18 posts we hold for @bowtiedsalesguy. View and reaction counts are the latest single reading for each post, not a live figure, and a recent post is still accumulating both. A view count marked was rounded by Telegram before we ever saw it — t.me prints views in full below 1,000 and to three significant figures above, so ≈1,200,000 means somewhere between 1,150,000 and 1,249,999. Unmarked counts are exact. Text is reproduced from the public post preview and truncated for length.
