Гончарова и Памука в марте я не дочитал, но зато благодаря их книгам наконец убедился в том, что фикшн-чтение вообще не стоит планировать. Пока что в этом году номинацию «Зачем я это прочитал?» уверенно забирает «Нищий, вор» Ирвина Шоу. А если серьёзно, то это гораздо лучше вымученного «Памятника крестоносцу». Не могу не сравнивать эти две работы, ведь что «Памятник», что «Замок» строятся на приёме, когда в книге намеренно (почти) нет никаких положительных персонажей.
