Таких случаев всё больше, но против них работают всё же методы защиты, что и против классических нецифровых мошенничеств (которых меньше не стало): Эффективная защита достигается через регламентирование работы, соблюдение процедур безопасности и повышение культуры работы, Главбух по звонку дипфейк-директора не переведет мошенникам все день…
В тему отложения судебных заседаний из-за неявок адвокатов. Свежий пример. Дело должно было слушаться в особом порядке, то есть можно было закончить за одно заседание. Прошло СЕМЬ заседаний — приговора нет. Почему откладывались: Первое заседание — представитель потерпевшего заявил, что не ознакомился с делом до начала процесса и поэтому не готов к заседанию (у него было полтора месяца). Второе заседание — выяснил…

Попробовал новую опцию - свидание с подзащитным под стражей через видеоконференцию. Экономия времени — колоссальная. Запись дистанционная, очередей нет, приехал, поговорил, уехал — красота! Не надо приезжать в СИЗО записываться в список, потом ещё раз в полночь на перекличку, потом стоять пол дня в очередях на вход и выход. Но конфиденциальности нет.
