♥️ Немного про изменения. Не всегда, точнее всегда, в терапии, в практиках, мы встаем лицом к лицу с неприятными чувствами, эмоциями, событиями, а иногда даже с «неприятной» собой. Наша психика так работает, что она вытесняет все болевые точки. Некоторые из них мы даже не помним. А они, как раз, гниют внутри нас и издают зловонный запах, что отражается напрямую в нашей реальности. И ходим мы вот так годами и думае…
Хочу поделиться с вами отзывов после гипнотической сессии. Мы с клиентом зашли очень глубоко, проживали разные чувства.
