Кадровый голод в ГНБ — реальность. Опытные буровики уходят, новички приходят, а системного обучения в стране нет. Институтов, где готовят с нуля, — нет. Виктор Станиславович — оператор буровой установки, в ГНБ с 2003 года. Поначалу был сварщиком полиэтиленовых труб, потом предложили пересесть на бурилку — и остался.
