19 июня ЦБ снизил ставку до 14,25%. Я бы не ждала, что кредиты для бизнеса резко станут дешевыми и доступными. ЦБ прямо отмечает, что кредитная активность в последние месяцы выросла, а условия банковского кредитования остаются жесткими.
